Terms of Service

You sign in using Google authentication. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

You retain ownership of the inventory data, photos, and other content you add to your collection. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any images you upload.

The Service offers a Free plan (limited to 100 cars) and one-time lifetime upgrade plans (Pro and Vendor). Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Lifetime upgrade purchases are non-recurring. Refund requests for upgrades may be considered within 14 days of purchase at our discretion.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the platform, uploading unlawful content, or using the Service to violate any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service may link to third-party sites such as eBay. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Valuation figures and PDF reports are estimates for your own record-keeping and are not appraisals or financial advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diecast5280 LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
